Think of it as yoga + massage + almost a chiro adjustment combined. Fully dressed without need for oils. Therapist was professional and sympathetic to my arthritic condition. She was interested in allowing me to understand what was going on with my muscles and ability to stretch. I never felt stressed or in pain. It was a wonderful experience and will be going back soon.

I've been a client for years, and never been dissapointed. A usual 90-min full body massage is wonderful, but I requested to focus on targeted areas for the first time: head, neck, shoulders and feet (reflexology.) Simply, it was out of this world. Heavenly. Immediate relaxation at the salon - YES! Sustained relief after hours - YES!! My shoulders and feet were still warm from improved circulation when I went to bed, which is a sign of excellent massage. I've had Thai Massage before. I was quite disappointed since the part of Thai Massage I have always most enjoyed was the stretching. Denny was very nice and relaxed me at the end of 90 mins, but did no stretching unless I asked for it and then I had to show her how to do it.
